Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you with an online store credit to be used within 21 days. Your handbag must be in its original condition with all tags attached in order to receive an online credit.

If your handbag arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at info@handbagsbypink.com immediately after receiving your order. Once we have received your return, we will refund your money by the method used to pay. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Leather Care:

Leather is a natural material which needs to be looked after in order to maintain its beauty. We strongly recommend that you apply a good quality water and stain protector before use. This seals the surface of the leather and protects it from absorbing stains. Some leathers that we use have a distressed appearance, markings, shade variations and some irregularities.
